Caravan Helpers Needed Help the next generation stand for Christ! Many helpers are needed in each age group. Two teachers are needed for the 3rd/4th grade and the 5th/6th grade group. Please contact Dorothy Saling if you're interested in working for Caravan this fall.
Back to School Olympics August 21, 2010 Ready, Set, Go! The Diddles are ringing in the new school year at their home with a Back To School Olympics event on Saturday, August 21, 2010 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Financial Peace University Are you tired of living from paycheck to paycheck? Is debit killing your spirit? Do you want to change your family tree? Then you need Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University. Classes begin Sunday, August 22, 2010 at 4:00 pm at the church. The course is 13 weeks and is $99 per individual or per family.
100th Anniversary Thank You Thank you for all who helped in any way in the planning of the 100th anniversary. I especially need to thank Jay Smith for his endless hours of working on video, CDs, and the layout of the pictures in the sanctuary. He did a tremendous job! Carolyn Nicholson, who worked diligently acquiring names for the mailing list. Denise Butler, Jeff Capehart, Mary Ann Reed, Jill Sylvies, Jan Williams, and all who contributed as well; it was truly a team effort. Bob Bosco from Bob & Robins Flowers donate the use of several live plants, which was greatly appreciated. Thanks again to everyone who helped in any way. -Rhoda Powers
