Music Ministry/Praise & Worship Team

Are you a talented singer or do you play an instrument?  Do you enjoy performing for others?  Our church presents a blended worship service with traditional hymns and contemporary Christian music.  While we value our traditional roots and rich musical heritage, we also desire to blend it with the Christian music of today to appeal to all people.  Contact Pastor Merrill Williams.

Small Group Ministry

What is a Small Group?

A small group is typically made up of six to twelve people who meet regularly during the week to share about their lives, support one another, and study biblical truths. Each group has a facilitator. Our group meets in the Fellowship Hall of the church, but we may periodically meet at the homes of its members during the year.   The group meets every week from 6:00 to 7:30 pm on Sunday evenings.

Why should I attend a Small Group?

Small groups exist to help you grow up to full maturity in your relationship with God and others. You may be doing great in your Christian walk right now, but by being in relationship with fellow believers, you will experience even more of the abundant life Jesus has to offer. Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 says, Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their work: if one falls down, his friend can help him up. If you are ready to connect with other people, belong to something life-changing, and grow in Christ through relationships with other believers, then maybe it's time to get involved in a small group!

What does a Small Group do?

We have a time of fellowship, prayer, discussion of that Sunday's sermon, and life application.  Our group discusses Pastor Williams' weekend message more personally by using Small Group Questions prepared by the facilitator for that week.

A small group is typically made up of six to twelve people who meet regularly during the week to share about their lives, support one another and study biblical truths.  Each group has a facilitator.  We have one group that meets on Wednesday mornings at 10 am in the Fellowship Hall and other groups which meet on Sunday evenings at 6:00 pm in homes.  Please call the church office for information.

We also encourage our small groups to serve the community together. It's amazing what God can do through a group of people as they use their skills, gifts and resources to help those in need.

How do I find a Small Group?

You can contact Pastor Merrill Williams.  Clicking on his name will allow you to email him directly, or you can contact him via phone.
